Voting Question: Marine Corps DEP question?

Hello to anyone who reads and answers!...I am currently Enlisted in the USMC (RSS lacey WA) On July 3rd I will be traveling to my hometown of Tampa FL to see Family and train further through out the Summer! Here is my Question My contracted Ship date isnt until the Fall But i have been moved to top of the list for SLOTS that open anytime in the Summer (I am also flagged for weight 15lbs over ship) I cannot afford to live in WA by myself anymore this is why I am traveling to FL I have 110% intensions of shipping from WA not FL and once i get called up I will be on the next plane into Seattle. so to Further my Questions I intend to contact the Local RSS in FL to Poolie function with them and workout weekly. Will the two stations colaborate? i dont need any special treatment or rides anywhere and dont intend to waste FL recruiters time sense im a poolie from a dif district I just need a Marine to Clear my Flag for weight and vouch to my recruiter back in WA that i am SHIP ready...What is the likely hood of this happening?
